I've just spent 6 weeks packing my parents house and life up, Im exhausted and depleted of energy. I limped into buderim post office to post an old fragile item to a sibling and stated to Vicky oh well, it'll be OK.nShe seemed to see me and helped me so much packing the item for me and helping me so much.nIt made such a difference being treated with kindness at my lown5 stars
Absolutely shocking service. So disappointed by the rudeness of Vicki and the other lady working at 3pm on the 6th of August 2024. Vicki was certainly worse though. It is such a poor representation of the people of Buderim to have the post office employees be so surly and unhelpful. I am a happy and positive person and it takes a lot to aggravate me. Unfortunately my experience at the Buderim post office today was very disheartening and upsetting. I won't be using them again.
I live locally so this is the post office I use. Depending on the day, this business would receive different ratings, depending on which staff member you are dealing with. The man is wonderful and would get 5. The other day, I didn't receive a card to collect my parcel, just an email from the company that it had been dropped off there. I was already annoyed because I was home all day, then when I went, the woman couldn't find it. I had to tell her to go and have another look. It was found, but obviously either they were too busy, which they were, or too lazy to sort parcels out correctly. I have had troubles a few times whether collecting or having to return for refunds - with codes not working.
So grateful for Matilda and the team at the Buderim Post Office! Once again you have been my Christmas saviours. Last year getting me my last minute passport and this year they located my parcel then the lovely Matilda delivered my final Christmas present on her day off! Thank you so much!!!!
