I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would certainty not even give them even one star, but to upload this review I had to chose one. I used these guys to have my furniture moved to a short distance and the damage they caused was extreme. I am unable to use this very expensive item now. I called to have this rectified and the way I was treated and spoken to was absolutely appalling, and told me they weren't going to do anything about it. I am a lady, and the way I was spoken by this man was absolutely horrendous. My husband was furious at the way this man treated me when I told him. I have no idea how a business as big as this could treat their clients the way that they do and get away with it. I work for a big company myself, and I told my staff how I was treated and they said this company is known for this around the sunshine coast. I will be sure to pass the word around about this horrible company to our 1000 employees that we have all over the coast and Brisbane.

I packed my own boxes and Grace Removals were very friendly and helpful with the removal they pack up our house in 3 1/2 hrs and delivered in less than two hours. There were no breaks and the boys were more than helpful in the delivery.

Three gents loaded the house already packed, surprising how well they placed all the items in the space available. Arrived all in one piece and unloaded in the same manor as was packed. Happy with the move and all our furniture in same condition as was. We would like to thank all those involved including the office staff and their organising. Regards Phil and Shelley
