Easy access.nGood range of storage unit sizes.nHad to take a star off due to the massive increases in rental prices over the 5 or 6years that I've rented a 2.5mx2.5m storage unit at this complex, as the monthly rental has risen from an original, very reasonable $80per month to, now, a pretty exorbitant $135per month!nNot really too happy about paying that much for a small storage unit, but, haven't anywhere else to store the items in there.nNice and friendly, understanding staff, who are happy to assist in any way and are very flexible. I have a bad habit of forgetting to transfer money, from elsewhere, into the account where the automatic payment for the storage unit is debited, but the staff let me know if a payment bounces and don't charge any extra fees to reprocess the payment once I transfer the funds. Lol. Also, if, as on one occasion when my pay was messed up by the useless company I was working for, you have to ask for your monthly automatic payment to be delayed for a few days, the lovely office staff will do this for you free of any extra fees too, which is most appreciated.nnVery secure facility with keypad lock entry and exit and each storage unit has its own alarm system as well.nnIt'd just be better if the prices could be lowered back a bit please.
Having had a unit here for a long time, I received yet another increase. Only to find on National Storage website same unit is $200 cheaper, Attempt to contact onsite and on phone, No One is willing to address issue and say nothing can be done. Highly recommend not using them, No customer service!
Was going to write a good review until I received a rude and threatening phone call from an arrogant man at National Storage telling me I owed them money. All bills including insurance were paid in full before checking in, but their system couldn't find it. So I had to waste my time emailing them with proof of receipts and emails from them because of their incompetency.nDON'T ring me with a threating call until you have your facts right AND an apology wouldn't have gone astray. NEXT time I will sue you for harassment.
Highly recommended!! Mal and Sylvia were incredibly helpful; supervising and co-ordinating the delivery of our shipment from overseas, overseeing the unloading into the unit as we couldn’t be present and updating us along the way. They were excellent from the word go, extremely accommodating and flexible to suit our needs on timing, pricing and term of storage too. We have used several storage facilities over the years and none have compared to this impeccable level of service. Thank you both for making our international relocation that little bit less stressful, and offering such a friendly, efficient and consistently professional service. Fantastic!
From our fist visit to view a storage unit to packing in a month later we have had an excellent experience. All staff are friendly and professional and take the time to explain what would be best in your situation. The bonus of a move in truck was appreciated. Mal made a plan to give us extra time if required. The actual facility is super clean, organised and secure. We feel confident leaving our property there and will happily share our experiences with others. Well done Hi- Tech Self Storage!
