I shared a 2.4 x 3m storage unit on the bottom floor at the back of the complex with my friend. Can not fault the storage unit and would recommended to anyone. The storage unit is very high as well, so height with anything was not an issue. Very secure with locks, roller doors etc. The Team at mammoth are very helpful and polite as well which is even more reason to deal with them. A+++
I highly recommend Mammoth Storage. This is the second time we've stored our goods with them, and each time the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, the storage unit was clean and easy to access and also very secure. The complex itself was also very clean and secure and the instructions for access were easy to follow. There was plenty of space inside the unit, the doors wide enough to fit just about anything, plus a flat bed hand push trolley was also provided, which made it so easy to take items from the car to the unit.
Totally Recommend Mammoth Storage, from the wonderful and very helpful staff to the excellent priced and secure sheds. Have used sheds a couple of times now, and am looking forward to dealing with Mammoth storage again soon. Thanks for your help and support.
I’ve had a wonderful experience with Mammoth Storage. I had to organize everything from across the country in Perth, and Emily as well as everyone else I spoke to was extremely helpful. They made it super easy and everything went smoothly. My father in law who is in his 80’s had no trouble finding the place or putting our stuff in for us. We have now finished with our need for storage and have removed everything. I would absolutely use them again and would highly recommend them to others. Top notch, well organized company. Recently we moved both my mother and ourselves in quick succession, and we had the need for some safe, clean, secure, easily accessible and reasonably priced storage lockers. After shopping around we found that Mammoth Self Storage was able to provide exactly what we wanted, even allowing access to a small truck, which helped alleviate some of the costs of moving. To add to the pressures of moving, our own removal date changed twice, requiring multiple amendments to our storage entry dates. Mammoth were extremely easy to deal with, and happily accommodated the necessary changes. If you are like us, and need somewhere safe and secure to store your stuff then I highly recommended Mammoth Self Storage.
Mammoth storage at Maroochydore was well presented, clean, administration was good, easy to sign up, easy to manage payment, good communication with the office. Entry was secure, easy access to the store, however could get some road traffic at the entry. Would like se it again.
Great team, and affordable prices. 1.5x2m is bigger than you think. We managed to pack 3-bedroom, including bed.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We came in with no prior notice, and the wonderful Emily and Tiarne on the front desk were AMAZING, and super helpful in providing us with the right storage locker for our needs. Not only that, we were able to save 50% on storage fees, AND no-fuss, complimentary truck hire was provided on-the-spot. Definitely give these guys a call!
From my experience storage facilities can be same-same, but what stood out about Mammoth was their customer service. Very friendly and keen to help. They will be my facility of choice in future.
EXCELLENT ALL ROUND This was my first time using a storage unit and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The units are new, tidy, safe & secure and the team are friendly, easy going and helpful. The process from start to finish was seamless. If I need to use a storage unit in the future without a doubt I will be calling Mammoth Self Store again
