I had been excitingly waiting for a certificate to arrive in the mail after completing a course that I had worked very hard for. The certificate was sent in a large envelope that had a stamp on both sides clearly stating 'DO NOT BEND'. Sure enough, post man pat bends the envelope in half and jams it into my letter box leaving my certificate looking like crinkled toilet paper. Many thanks!

Sat on phone for well over 30mins listening to answering machine messages. Never ended up getting through. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Very poor customer service. I'm a mother and run my own business so I'm extremely busy. I rushed to the post office with my 8 month old baby about 15 mins before they closed. I was sending 5 parcels and as I was trying to fill out the last one the women working were obviously annoyed that I was still there since they had just closed. They didn't offer to help me but instead told me that I should come earlier because they were busy too and were keen to go home... What has happened to customer service, especially in the holiday season?? Is it so hard to be kind? I would rather drive to a further post office than go back there.
