My busy local Post Office, I don't have a bad word to say. Extremely tidy, well stocked, good customer service. If you bring your bestself, you'll never find anyone rude. The staff do an amazing job. Well done team.
Why do you have to go through a central Aus Post number and wait for ages to get information about a parcel? What happened to direct service?

This post office needs a huge overhaul I have been trying to get a new passport and I have been back 3 times my name was a problem that's OK I can sort on the 3rd trip I was greeted with oh god here we go again !!!!!! That is not how you greet a customer who is paying your wages imagine if you come to the place where I worked and I said to you oh god here we go again! !!! !! ! !!! !!!
