Small AusPost store with helpful and friendly staff, it can take some time to be served due to the queue of customers.

Post office can be busy at times with long queues, frustrating when you just want to post something and the people ahead of you are buying travel and car insurance! How about an express lane for the core business products?

Too much unrelated rubbish like in all the other post offices takes up a lot of the space as well.

Very disappointed to my local post shop. I couldn't collect my item on the week when the notice was left so I went there on Saturday (since the card displayed working hours for Saturdays) just to find the shop closed due to shortage of staff (note on the door). So I got a urgent reminder note indicating the due date to the Wednesday. Again I couldn't make it on Wed due to working commitments.  On Thursday morning  when I called the Post Office to ask them to hold the item until the next Saturday when I could go there I was advised that my parcel has been sent back to the supplier!! I understand that the shop didn't have enough staff to open on the previous Saturday when they were suppose to. But I would expect they pay more consideration to the clients who went there and couldn't pick up there items for this reason before sending their parcels back and causing them a lot of trouble. If I am able to chose how my items will be send in the future I will ask the suppliers not to sent them through Australia Post. :-(
