I'm afraid I must agree with a lot of others here. You know a smile goes a long way but I am yet to witness this here. I cringe whenever I need to go there and pick up a parcel. Never had this problem with other post offices.

Okay, I have lived here for more than 10 years and as such I have to collect my mail here all the time. The business is run by 3 family members and while two of them are lovely I have to say the female one has been nothing but rude and haughty the entire time we get here. The tone of voice is always exasperated as if my presence being there just makes her feel ill. She has never once been polite with me despite me having done nothing. She is always monotonous and rude and speaks with an extremely arrogant tone. I'm honestly so offended that I've actually been posting all my mail at castle hill post office as of last year because I would gladly stand in the longer lines there since I'm actually treated kindly. If I had the option to pick up my parcels there too I would so I could avoid the rudeness she gives me.

This is the worst post office I have ever visited in the past 16 years in Australia. Have been there for 4 times. Every time I visited, the 2 indian male staffs wearing glasses were very rude to me, though I had been polite to them. They are very friendly to white people, not to asians. Now I will go to the West Pennant Hills post office which is much much more friendly to me.
