My experience with this post office has made me decide that I'd rather face the crowds and lack of parking of Doncaster Westfield's shopping centre to post something then go to this post office, even though this post office is very very convenient because it's a five minute drive from my work. On numerous occasions I've been over charged to post packages out, when I've picked them up on it, I've been treated in a very condescending and rude manner, this has happened on more than 5 occasions. I run a mail order hobby business that requires me to pay a certain amount for postage to keep afloat the business. While it might seem that I could be in the wrong, I then went to Doncasters post office and was able to send out my packages at the appropriate price (I was also treated by happy, friendly staff, unlike this post office). I have sworn off going to this post office, I'd rather hold my orders going out by a day then to go to this post office. Very rude and unhelpful staff.

I frequent this location daily for PO Box collection. Freddie and Liz are just wonderful they always go above and beyond to help with some of the more tricky items and a pleasure to deal with. Very busy site so wait times can be a little longer but they are totally worth the wait!

This afternoon I went to this PO and was attended to by Christine - a trainee. She was very helpful, efficient and friendly. I hope she is appreciated by her boss.

Aus post website says this Post Shop offer Working with Children Check - (VIC) service. But when i visit this morning, staff said they dont have access to Working with Children Check - (VIC)
