The service I received from Audi Mosman was extremely professional from the minute I walked into the sliding doors until I drove out the garage in my new car.  I cannot think of any suggestions on how the service I received can be improved.  Joe Avakian ensured that my requirements were met and that I got a very competitive deal.  He actually managed to deliver more than we actually agreed up front which I believe is exceptional.  Thank you Audi Mosman for making this such an enjoyable experience and easy process.

The Best place to buy an Audi in Sydney!!!
Almost 2 years since we bought our TT and the customer service has only gotten better.

We got the best all round package including the best Customer Service, Unbelievably affordable Audi Choice Finance, and the best Care from service Department.

We Highly recommend the  A-Team Mosman.

I purchased two vehicles from this dealership, and the experience was extremely good. However it was later on in my dealings that I found out that this company are liars and frauds.  They assisted a person that had illegal possession of my vehicle and acted on my behalf without any authority or permission to do so.  When they were caught out they lied through their teeth about it.  I would never deal with such a disreputable organisation again.  Be very careful if you do deal with them and make sure you very clearly spell out to them who is authorized to act on your behalf.  There are plenty of other Audi dealers that have some degree of integrity, so save yourself the problems.

I have been Frank's customer for 15 years, since Audi was at Epsom Road. The customer services of Frank's team is superb. I definitely recommend to buy the cars from Audi Mosman.
