This is the story:
Bought the car from a private seller. Audi A3 2005.
At the time, 4/5 months ago, the seller replaced the transmission from Scuderia and got the part from ASV.
Car was jerking very hard shifting from N to Drive, when I bought the car the transmission was still under warranty.
I went to scuderia servizio, ask what was the problem and they said the problem was the drive shaft, not the transmission (which was still under warranty). 
I went to many other mechanics in Sydney and nobody could understand what the problem was.
Finally after a while I decided to go to Audi here in Perth, where I recently moved.
Guess what the problem is, it's the transmission, valve body 'mechatronic' that needs to be replaced.  When I went to the Scuderia in Sydney, they told me it WASN'T the transmission. 
Well thanks Scuderia Servizio for lying to me until the warranty expired, now is my problem.
Just went today in Perth to Scuderia Servizio and explained the situation, they scanned the car and surprise now nothing comes up on the screen.
They said sorry, we can't do anything for you. Hahaha...unbelievable.

Shame on you guys, you are the worst, just steal money from honest people.

I dealt with Ozzie in spare parts today and he was very helpful .
Clarified and delivered my part on time and understood the urgency of my repair.
The short wait on the phone was to be expected , after all they have thousands of makes and models therefore millions of spare parts . In the end it will be sorted .
Just make sure you have your vin number ready .
Thanks Asv , got me out of an urgent situation.

Very bad service and rude staff what ever you buy they don't refund or exchange that's what happened with me i purchased a used part for my car then second day i return to refund it or exchange it for the right color thet they told me from who you bought it i said from Mohamad they told me he is overseas comeback after 1 month . Then after a month i found the guy he back  first thing  he said need invoice i told him you just gave this ANZ transaction you didn't give me an invoice then he said sorry we can't do anything . What a service i will never deal with this shop

Never again. Don't go there. Ripping off. And blamed me. You can try this people there goes my car for 3 months and unsettled some day thank you
