These guys are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I had purchased a bike rack from a bike shop (having told them which type of car I had) - turns out it was completely wrong for the type of tow bar I needed and I had to return it to the bike shop (who still had no clue about these matters). Rick set me right, and was extremely patient and helpful on the phone and in person. I ended up getting both my own car and my daughter's car fitted with tow bars, and purchasing bike racks for each, plus light boxes/number plate holders for each car. The bike racks were cheaper and easier to install than the one I had purchased at the bike shop. We do not live particularly close to Shop 1 Auto, but they will always be the people I go to for the products and services in which they trade. Thanks so much, my daughter also has no problem fitting the bike rack and light box recommended by Rick, who also took the time to show us both how to fit them properly. First class service !

Great dealings from purchasing online. Spoke over phone about product and they were extremely helpfull and knowledgeble. Ordered late in the afternoon and arrived the next day. An issue arrived on delivery of item, (damaged on arrival due to handling by courier) and was really not looking forward to spending days chasing up. Spoke to guys over the phone and replacement arrived the following morning. I have purchased alot of items online and when inviting a 3rd party (couriers) unfortunately problems do occur. One must be judged on how a problem is dealt with and these guys definately set the bench mark. Thankyou greatly, will definately purchase through these guys again. Stuart

Had done my research and went there today looking for a bike rack. Very professional and knowledge about what I was looking for. Listened to my concerns explained the pros and cons of the models I was looking at. Ended up buying the Thule Xpress 970 and have practised installing it. Very easy to use. Looking forward to riding my bike soon. I came from Sutherland Shire and would defiantly go back to Shop 1 Auto if I need anything else.
