Used to be very helpful, unfortunately the victims of their own success. I was ignored so they could chat about their next trip with each other, finally offered help... then 1/2 way through the sale left the room and came back 10 mins later to ask me if I wanted to order which I politely declined. After setting up 2 cars with them, several lockers and the 3rd booked for a full fit out I'll be now taking my business elsewhere $20k on the current cruiser... Really unfortunate as Peter in the workshop is such a good bloke, the sales guys need to take a note out of his book.

Great service from David the team at ARB Artarmon. Got some GVM work and accessories done to my new Cruiser. I had lots of questions before hand, and David was very patient to explain it all. You feel confident going in here that the guys know what they're doing. The work was all completed on schedule, as promised, and for a reasonable price.

I just wanted to give Peter, one of the technicians at ARB Artarmon, some recognition for the incredible service he offered me today.  I had a malfunctioning old ARB air locker. Peter quickly diagnosed the issue and took time to not only rectify if for me but to advise me step by step how to avoid the issue in the future.  Patient and knowledgeable without a whisper of annoyance at my many basic questions.  He is a massive credit to ARB and the Artarmon branch.  Highly recommend visiting the store, you won’t  be disappointed if my experience is anything to go by.  Thanks Peter! Legend.

These guys are the best. I put rear and front diff lockers for my defender with them. Did a really good job and as per the quote and on time. Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable machanics. Will definitely come back again. Cheers guys

Very happy with the knowledgeable advice and guidance provided by an excellent staff member, Ryan. Had bar work, tow bar and seat covers fitted to a 79 series Cruiser in a day, reasonable cost, highly professional service and friendly, proactive staff. Highly recommend.

I had my 2012 MN Triton serviced by these guys! They were thorough, explained what was going to be done and accurate with the price, that was before I booked the car in! When picking the car up they explained everything that had been done, there were no surprises and the price was as quoted! It's taken a while for me to find an honest and decent mechanic and my car will definitely be going back! Thank you!

Great experience. The team at ARB was very knowledgeable and gave me very good advice on the best way to kit out my vehicle out with the extras I wanted. They then did an excellent job of the fitment making sure  that difficult fitments were possible.  Well Done ARB Artarmon

Someone said it before arrogant. They might know what they are talking about but service is low and simple things are missed.  Pay a premium yet have to go back to get something they disconnected reconnected. Simple apology will talk to the technician.  Heard of checking what you did before handing the vehicle back to the customer??  Won’t be back to this store.

Overpriced and arrogant. I recently purchased some REDARC equipment from this store. Initially discussing price over phone more expensive than good spanner but on my way home so i called in to pay for equipment at agreed price, when csr tried charging me full retail price. I explained to him the negotiated price on two occasions, he then agreed and asked me to pay for it. I was looking at other equipment at the time, and checked the receipt when I got to my vehicle. I found he had still charged me more than what we agreed apon. I admit I should have checked when I used my card, however after discussing the price three times, I can’t see any excuse for overcharging. Very sneaky tactic. I won’t ever be returning to this store
