Customer service is fine, Ford spare parts prices are off the planet. I was quoted $200 for a 10cm piece of chrome trim and $67 for a 10x10cm piece of plastic trim.  No thanks.

I got quoted for rear diff bush replacement for my car. it said cost $1650. I checked other dealer it is $600, $800, $900 and local independent one for $1000. I confront this with John, and he said the labor is 8 hours (it stated 3 days on paper) but then i ask how much is the part.. the part only cost $200 so 8 hour work $1400? are they mechanics or neuro surgeon?
BEWARE RIP OFF!!!!
