Went to SCA Ashfield earlier today and got superb service from Mel who replaced a blub for my headlights. It was quick, efficient, and she was extremely helpful and funny too : Shoutout also to the guy at the Services Area working Thursday morning. He is the epitome of good Customer Service! I bought the battery here six months back now the battery function was not good it has two years warranty i went to the store they waited for half n hour and they said remove the battery and bring to the store need to keep with them for two days it was rediculous response given and they are very rude especially the person who works to fix the batteries. It helps to people who are planning to buy batteries in this store !
The staff here are fantastic : Needed some replacement headlight parts and I found exactly what I was after with the help of the staff Adina and John. Great experience and not intimidating at all for someone who isn't familiar with car parts etc. Plus, they explained the rewards system as I was checking out which was really helpful. Thank you!
I recently went into Ashfield SCA to get a new car battery.nThe staff member quickly helped me find the right one and I was on my way.nnThen afterwards a couple days later I get an email saying the product I bought has gone on sale since and I was pleasantly surprised to get a credit from them to my online account.nnI placed an order online for delivery with a bunch of goodies and later that day get a call from a rep at Chatswood saying one of the products isn't available, but they are happy to swap with a more expensive/better alternative free of charge.nnI'm blown away by this type of service in today's market, SCA have just won themselves a loyal customer. The website is also brilliant.nnI'll just have to become a car guy now.
