Staff were helpful and friendly. I could've bought the same brand of part off ebay for $60 but paid $90 at Bursons. It was a Sunday and needed my car running asap and waiting 2 weeks for delivery through ebay wasn't an option. Yes I paid more but I didn't have to wait and no hassles like getting sent the wrong part etc so it was worth paying the extra. If it wasn't a critical part I would wait but all in all I'm happy with the purchase and staff

This shop was a real surprise. Staff was polite and helpful from ordering over the phone to pick up. Even understanding when I couldn't make it on the day I said.

I didn't ask for the correct part so my journey was fruitless. The staff were terric.
