STILL Highly recommended!! My pooch has been going here to doggy daycare once a week for years and gets all her grooming done here. She loves it and gets all excited when we pull up. The girls are excellent and care for all the dogs like they were their own. Kerry and the girls are highly skilled in a massive range of grooming styles (even colouring!), and the dogs always leave looking and smelling adorable. This place is a gem!

Brought my dog to day care 10-15 minutes earlier . The door was open and somebody was inside. I took my dog inside. She told me to pay extra 2 dollars, because that makes the day longer. And l saw other people dropped their dogs before the opening hour. I will never go back. It is not the amount of money. It is her attitude. Greedy.

My beautiful 4 year old German Spitz gets so excited when I tell him we are going to "Day Care!" The girls take the very best care of him and he always comes out smelling lovely and looking incredibly handsome again. They always go above and beyond and it shows on his face when I go to pick him up!

They have good days, bad days. Price is okay, but not brilliant for what they provide. Customer service depends on which of the sisters are in charge of the front that day and price depends on it too. Some of them are rude, inconsiderate and overcharge without warning whereas some of them provide the most brilliant service. For the same treatment I might pay 18 to 30 depending on who's in charge which is pretty ridiculous. I always go there for nail clip of my short-haired dog but I ask for a bath and towel dry too since it's more worth their while if I do that. However, they forget 2/5 to do the nails even when I specifically tell them I am going there mainly for the nails. It is very frustrating. They sometimes attempt it after I point it out afterwards but after one nail done they go "oh they look fine anyway." There are mobile services that come to your home that provides better service for cheaper price. I hear their grooming and hair clipping skills are brilliant but if you are just going for routine care they are very slack at times - maybe it's because they are busy, maybe some of the owners just don't know that professionalism is important, but not going back again. I've had it. ------------------------------ Add it: I am unsure how to reply to your response so I will put it here. To be honest, I don't mind how much I pay. I expected that my dog will have to pay more as she grew up. However, I don't like not knowing what I am paying for or being saddled with extra costs at the end with no explanations. My main issue was the customer service 1) Getting charged more than previously with no explanations or warning beforehand. 2) Ladies not knowing what I have asked for even after phone booking/reiterating at the front of desk. It is like ordering a food in a restaurant and getting the wrong order 2/5 times. 3) Most importantly how I was treated. I got told: "You, stay here", and "Now, you have to be here by ... do you understand that? ...Did you understand?" word for word when I was dropping my dog off. When I asked how come the prices are different, I didn't get a nice logical explanation like you have outlined below. It was "It's just our price, it went up recently." I know you guys are busy but it is how I felt at the time. I understand that you guys specialise in small dogs and if you EVER mentioned that it was a problem I would have been happy to organise something else. I actually ask everytime I go if she had been behaving for you guys and I never get any feedback from you guys, even when you are not busy. So I am sorry the review was mostly my angry rant at how I was treated as a customer. But my review stands - it wasn't a pleasant experience. Thank you for taking the time to explain about the price this time. Also, my name is not actually Jay... :)

Friendly family service and great results for your dog. Baths grooming day care they do it all. Been going there for 8 years
