I just rang this business to ask about organising a clip for my toy poodle.
I'm polite when I ring anyone.. always say my first name and ask "who am I speaking to?"
 He then said "owner of the business".
I asked again who I was speaking to...he just said "John".
Had to hang up... sorry but think he was having a bad hair day...me too but, one doesn't expect rude people to answer a potential business call.

My girls Cleo and Georgie have been to a variety of groomers but have never been so well looked after and cared for then by Laureen and her staff.  My girls always look and smell delish after their bath...no longer a harsh experience for them.
