I had a lady come to my house in benowa to clip my dog, my dog has bad back legs and when she’s stressed she can get snappy I told the groomer this and said she could put a muzzle on her, groomer was scared of the dog and didn’t even attempt to put the muzzle on my dog. My dog is only a small 3yr old jack Russell! If your groomers aren’t trained and confident to all situations they should really find a different profession, I have now a half shaved dog. 

Disgusting customer service!
