I reside in Thornlie and always keen on coming back to my old local fish and chip shop. 
The $3.30 chips here is more like a $6 deal in other shops.
Chips are easy light golden colour not to crunchy and the texture is pleasant.  #bestchipfinder

Some of the best fish n chips I've had in Australia and I've been all over. Prices are a bit up there but still value for money

After moving away from Gosnell you dont realize how good the old Ashburton Fish and chips is....must say probs the only good thing to come out of Gosnells
