This is the worst KFC chain I have visited. I tried to order a crunchy jalapeño slaw at the drive through however the boy over the speaker went back and forth with me stating they didn’t have such product and no slaw with jalapeño sauce, and that there was an error on the digital display board and that KFC didn’t actually make that product despite it being on the board. He worked out they did have it and acknowledged it at the window. It didn’t bother us we just presumed he must’ve been new at it was fine. When it came it was basically empty. Nothing like I have received at other branches. Photo is attached. No issues with the rest of the food ordered. They also didn’t include a fork, only the tiny spoon. I think more consideration should be provided by the employees as this branch really does stand out for its lack of, in comparison to the rest. Waste of money
Ordered twice two kfc go buckets with wicked wingsnHad to got back. Completely left out of the order.nGet home. Some sort of leftover chicken tender. Just ordered a box of hot wicked wings and they were soo finger licking good no pun intended!. Service didn’t take too long, chicken was fresh and very juicy and tender and of course crispy. Parking was easy to get in and out of, good easy location to access to. We even asked for some water in a cup and they gave it to us with no hesitations. Great service!
I went here at 10:15am on a Friday ordered on app went to drive thru waited a pretty long time for food for them to get my order wrong and give me 2 gravy’s instead of 1 and 1 chips then once I went back around they said it said it on the screen when my app literally said the right thing and I showed them they gave me my chips that’s not the issue however I live around 10-15 min drive away when I got home my burger was full of hairs not mine since I have short hair get this girl sacked please yes I add gravy in my burger
The time was 9:35pm but not yet closed, after ordering online, there were two managers inside, first one told me to wait, waited for 20 mins, the other manager told me they had already closed it was 9:55pm before she told me that as a person in charge, if she was in a hurry to get off work, it would be better to take a long rest at home, no responsibility, her attitude was very bad, I didn't know that I thought she was a landlord.
