I always find something I am not expecting to like in here. There's a great ambience and the collections are usually very good. I really enjoyed the Dali, Van Gogh and Picasso collection they showed a few years ago. The aboriginal art is well represented and there are plenty of controversial pieces to make you think. Well worth a visit.

It's alright I guess. Some famous pieces in the permanent collection, and insightful painting and minor artifact in the classical section. It's decent by this town of just over a million I guess. They do host regular and sometime interesting exhibition. But hey don't take my word for it. Entry is by donation - which means you can give nil if you so please. Which makes, if you are visiting this most isolated town in the universe why not drop by and have a quick browse. You can cover the entire building in under 20 minutes.

Always love going to our W.A. art gallery. Particularly loved the exhibition on the upper floor of Aboriginal Art and artifacts. The "jewellery " made from tiny bright coloured feathers..absolutely gorgeous..really worth going to see. Looking forward to checking out the Corsini collection this week!!

Splendid gallery, good selection of local artists and content. Aboriginal art and colonial art. Modern stuff too. Excellent books in the shop. Very helpful volunteers and staff.

This is a gem of a place! Wonderful and helpful staff. One of the security people even offered to take my picture in front of an art piece! Always changing and mentally stimulating whilst still being peaceful.
