Story

Our holiday apartments are situated at Cotton Tree only 300 metres from one of the Sunshine Coast’s best beaches and surf clubs and opposite the beautiful Maroochy River – great surfing, fishing, boating and swimming and only 5 minutes walk to the Maroochydore Bowls club and tennis club!

Our fully self-contained, reverse cycle air conditioned apartments are spacious and tastefully decorated and provide comfortable and relaxing accommodation for you to enjoy.

Our facilities are some of the best on the Sunshine Coast with tropical gardens complimenting a beautiful pool and BBQ area.

A perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun.

We are here to make your stay a memorable and enjoyable occasion and are more than happy to assist in arranging meals, outings or transport on your behalf.

Great stay, friendly management, great view from our room. Clean and tidy and well maintained. We stayed a week and had best relaxing time. Close to the beach, walking distant to restaurants and a great place to bring your family. Would recommend to family and friends.

Clean and tidy but way too expensive for what you get. Reception staff were friendly but every time we needed them they weren't around. Very old building. Lots of moths in the room despite the doors and windows being closed. It is close to the beach and shopping centre though which was good. Barely got any amenities and had to pay for beach towels despite them having a pool on site.. Probably wouldn't stay again.

This place was a little old but was great. Apartment was huge. Managers were very nice

Location was handy, as for the room we were quite disappointed, expected a lot more for what we paid. A cleaner every now and again would make a big difference. Furniture is out-dated, carpet had many stains, lock wasn't working in the bathroom. Don't believe the pictures on the website as that's nothing like what you get. Certainly will not be returning.

So very happy with our stay and will definitely stay again. Front reception lady was just the BEST. Close to everything we needed. Will give 5 star from us. The biggest thank you
