We had a tow hitch issue, which required us to purchase a new and longer hitch. The guys at Bairnsdale ARB were extremely attentive and helpful. I wish I got their names. After sourcing the correct tow hitch the guys organised for the tow pin to be exchanged from the old one to the new one with no waiting time and at no cost too. Legends!   Thanks guys!

Dave the technician was great. I bought a Black Duck seat cover for my new vehicle and found it near impossible to fit. Dave fit it in 7 mins.

Had mixed experiences my first experience was at the field days when i was looking for a bullbar winch scrub rails and sliders for my ute i was quoted a price that was just stupidity high and when i tryed to haggle with him the boss man and get a better price all i got was attitude. But just the other day i went in store looking for a mount for my number plate and the bloke in there went above and beyond for my and gave me a fair price and was good a giving my ruff quotes on other things i was looking into

Wow, pricey much? Wish I could make that kind of profit margin. Pull chain $75 - Dahlsens Chain same $35. I thought camping and cars was meant to be an affordable family experience. Turns out, it's for old white 'Doosh Bags' with expendable $$$.

Always very helpful with anything I take to them. Have never been fobbed off. Good bunch......good service.....
