The worst towing service provider ever, I had my vehicle towed by them, the driver load my car on to the trailer aggressively and hit my front bumper, which made several scratches on the front lip of my car. The company denies all the collision and refuses to pay for any damage that they have made, even I have provided evidence.

Outstanding customer service from both Kel and Will.nWe needed an after hours tilt-truck from Dargo to Bairnsdale.nWill responded to the RACV callout very quickly and did a great job in organising this.nCalled back to reconfirm.nKel arrived ahead of time next morning, strapped our LC on with great care, and got us to ARB Bairnsdale. He then offered to take us into town on his way back to his depot and called us later that day to check that everything was ok, and that we had somewhere to stay that night.nWouldn’t happen in the city!nHighly recommended.

These guys are awesome I desperately needed my car brakes done so I could get to work safely the next day, and they were so awesome because they did it within the hour, they are also very friendly I highly recommend them for any car services
