Job took a bit longer than we thought but the finished job is excellent.

First I couldn’t start my car and then when I turned my back the door swung closed and Locked my keys in. Grant popped around lickety split and worked his magic, unlocking the car and getting her purring again in no time at all. Cheers, give that man a pay rise!

Although this business was flat chat with repair work today, Steve managed to squeeze my engine serpentine belt change over in and allow me to continue home to Melb. Dropped in to have our Honda Jazz checked out on our way down to Tassie. The mechanic here was super helpful, taking time out of his busy schedule to have a quick look at our car even though it would in no way benefit him. He was able to reset the car so the engine light turned off and we could continue on our way. We are super grateful for the helpfulness and kindness they showed us here.

Very nice people, seems Police told them to take my car, Police still have not told me anything, but Shane came in on Saturday arvo his own time to try and find me, again no help from Police. I apologize for my first post thinking they stole my car, they did exactly what they were supposed to. AGAIN  SORRY  Thanks for your help

Very good service and interpersonal skill, they will always explain to me what’s wrong with my car and how much will cost me, confirm with me before they start the repair work. I found it hard to find with such ethical mechanic.

I have never been spoken to, or treated, so rudely and agressively by any business except this one. I was so taken aback by the guy behind the counters agressiveness that I wasn't sure if he was being for real when he started ranting. The whole encounter left me with my mouth open, and also left me wondering how on earth this business could still be operating. I would never recommend GP Motors to anyone, and I am now going to get my car insured through a different company, so if in the future I need repairs done to my car, I'll never be required to go to this place for insurance claims ever again. Horrid experience!
