Ben and his team did a fantastic job repairing my LandCruisers rear brakes after a failure in the high country.nOrdered the parts in very quickly and got us back on the road.nTheir attention to detail was very impressive, as was their concern for our welfare a long way from home.nBen and Scott went well and truly above and beyond.nHighly recommended.

I recently purchased a Smartbar for my  new MU-X from ARB Bairnsdale. Ben the manager I engaged with, was informative and helpful during the whole process. He was upfront about estimated installation times etc. The install happened yesterday and was seamless. There was a small issue with the installation of some driving lights I supplied.  This reflects on the quality of the lights I gave them. The boys worked beyond their normal hours to get the job done. I would highly recommend Ben, Adrian and the team to anyone looking to buy 4X4 equipment.

Ben & the team have been great to deal with. They were very helpful and even when my car had issues at no fault of their own, they were quick to get onto Ford and sort it out for me. Great service. Thanks for the help!

We had a tow hitch issue, which required us to purchase a new and longer hitch. The guys at Bairnsdale ARB were extremely attentive and helpful. I wish I got their names. After sourcing the correct tow hitch the guys organised for the tow pin to be exchanged from the old one to the new one with no waiting time and at no cost too. Legends!   Thanks guys!
