Extremely excellent service by staff

Great service.  Friendly staff,  parts ordered usually come in within 24hrs.  Really happy.

I sent my partner down to collect some bits and pieces for my vehicle and despite my vague list and my partners limited knowledge Andrew made light work of the job. My partner said he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks again!

Wesfil Products have New Car Warranty

I've been to this branch twice. Twice I have been disappointed! I was trying to get a replacement fuel cap for my BT-50, but it had an aftermarket tray & fuel feeder pipe. The staff member made absolutely no effort to resolve my need... simply if I don't know what I want, he can't help. First time was similar story about a shock absorber. I went to Auto Pro & had one within minutes... I used Bursons Browns Plains QLD almost exclusively for over 10 years. I will never go into Bursons Bairnsdale again. As for the expected response, the answer is get staff who care enough to understand that they are the key to repeat business.
