My dog could have done a better roofing job. ANZ were engaged to fix a leak in the roof ~18 months ago where they installed, amongst other things, a new gully. 12 months after that repair the same area of the roof leaked and subsequent inspection revealed the Valley was cut 30mm short, sarking was removed and not replaced and other examples of pathetic workmanship that caused water to leak into a ceiling space. ANZ finally graced us with their presence to inspect the damage, tried to not take responsibility for the obviously newer guttering by saying it was existing dates printed on gutter clearly showed this was a lie then accepted to repair the work that looked like it was done with a knife a fork but refused to fix or pay for the damaged ceiling directly caused by their horrible work. It’s taken 6 months for them to finally refuse to cover this additional damage. Take note of the high number of 1 star reviews with this company. Buy a tarp and Telstra rope instead.
I have worked with ANZ roofing on a number of projects now and have found them to be a great reliable company! Mark is really easy to deal with and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a roofing company.
While attempting to fix my neighbours roof of a semi, ANZ roofing damaged our roof without informing us and then did a very dodgy repair in attempt to cover up the damage done to our roof. 3 attempts latter only because of my checking on the workmanship the roof was finally repaired to a reasonable standard. Yet the water damage and mess in our attic was not compensated for. I also gave this company the opportunity to replace my existing roof but the quote was a lot dearer than previously quoted and the quality of the workmanship from this company had a lot to be desired! I also noticed the Director of this company has been investigated and fined by the CTTT for enticing a higher rate and price fixing after the 2018 Hail Storms. As a tradesperson with an extensive building background I'd advise against choosing this roofing company.
ANZ Roofing did repairs on our roof in Chippendale. We found them to be efficient, affordable and could not fault their workmanship. Would certainly recommend and use them for any future work.
Always had a good experience with ANZ Roofing. On time, quality work for our garage and for our extension roof. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
