In my experience, Strata Roofing have done excellent work for us, and when further problems developed, they were responsive, helpfull and honest. We will definitly do business again.

Had them come out a number to times to check a leakage in roof over the years - not by choice but appointed by strata - they always claimed it was due to leaves clogging up in gutter, and only cleared out the leaves every time. Receptionist is nice enough but someone called Mark from here is extremely rude and unprofessional. Finally managed to get another company to check it recently and immediately identified the problem as corroding metals between the gutters, which strata roofing for some reason never managed to pick up on before. Incompetent plus unpleasant, do not recommend.

Not easy to understand their work culture. Not very nice over the phone even though it was a misunderstanding. I do not recommend them.

They are unreliable and do not arrive when they say they will. They use every excuse imaginable as to why they won't be finishing the job. They don't care about their customers.

Refused 3 times to do the job asked. I still have a leak.
