stay away, these guys are totally inept and never return calls. trying to deal with this company is the ultimate exercise in frustration...do not do it to yourself if you can possibly avoid it. there are much better alternatives in the market place and cause less heart ache.

Absolutely awful! Salesman couldn't care less about customers - proudly told me that Stegbar charge an extra 35% on top of contractor cost to install doors. So much more expensive than other providers😡

For the past week I have tried to get a quote from the Chatswood store. I rang and chased it up on Friday, then the following Monday and Tuesday..... still no call or email with the quote. This company would have to rate as the WORST for customer service I have EVER experienced. You don't deserve to be in business you lazy morons.

Terrible service... Sales people were not even able to show us their new range as they were not trusted with Internet. Who runs this company? Get some decent sales people you trust so they can actually sell something.
