Pamela offered me a good customer service. She was attentive. This is the only ANZ branch in Oamaru. They are closed on weekends. Due to my personal experience, I prefer ANZ bank over Westpac. I find ANZ more flexible on getting the things done. But the disadvantage is that by Jan 2023, they are not accepting foreign currency. That is something as a whole ANZ group that they need to rethink. That makes customers to go searching for options. Parking is an issue if u are after free parking. To get an appointment though, had to wait sometime. In that case Westpac wasn't. Other than that, I prefer ANZ due to personal experience.
