My experience in this bank is pleasant most of the time except on occasions when one of the staff is clearly having a bad day and can't hide her annoyance from the customers. Other than that they provide the service I expect from this organisation. The staff member has been assigned in the other branch along Moray Place and still manage to spoil the high quality of service customers expect.

I encountered both kind and unpleasant staff. Overall good service and helpful but was given wrong instructions that ended up being costly when sending a package overseas.
