Useless. Went in with my partner to remove her name off my account so I could access my badly needed money. Stuffed me around for a week. We signed the forms, they told me the restriction had lifted and that I would just have to wait. Days and days pass, still can’t access the account. Went into a different branch today, took 5 minutes and I could access my money straight away. Shame on you ANZ Kingston seriously.
The plus is that this branch is in a very convenient location near shops and on the bus route. Unfortunately the ATM has no facility to accept cash deposits??? The Huonville ANZ branch has closed and for persons employed doing domestic cleaning for example getting paid in cash and working odd hours it is proving hard to actually deposit money 1. If there is no branch available or 2. You are unable to access a branch in the bank's business hours because you are in fact working.i.e Person working in the service industry. Surely the ATM screen display should be regularly checked by staff and managers. A machine giving the option to 1. type in the amount you want to withdraw, then two more quick options to withdraw $60 or $100, account balance, transfer between accounts, cancel and Pin change .... forgetting the option to deposit ???? even though the deposit slot is there. And what makes this worse, is months ago encountering this situation on a weekend, having travelled to Kingston I rang the ANZ help line and asked that this matter be addressed only to find today 22-08-2022 it is still the same no option to deposit... is ANZ loosing customers over this oversight?
Worst experience here, I was dressed in my daggy clothes and they wouldn’t even make an appointment for me to see how much I could borrow for an investment property. They turned me away… don’t judge a book by it’s cover. I should go back there wearing a suit and see the difference!
Bank officer service very very poor, No helpful at all, No doing her job, Feel like own the bank.
No local branch hours for Easter easy to find anywhere. No local phone number. Pin on the ANZ map in wrong place. Had to phone the main ANZ, give my name, my password, my phone number before I got put on hold to eventually speak to someone who could tell me. Crikey!
Have visited the ATM.3 times in last 3 weeks.no one had bothered too clean up or wash down steps and tiles in months.there has been a lump of brown muk on one of steps for months.looks like no one's cares.
Very strange staff, old lady was not in mode to listen or trying to help me even I feel like she have a new trainee staff with her, but she discouraged being in branch
Worst banking experience I ever had.
They don’t have enough staff to handle customers. Waited 40 mins for nothing at all.
