Disrespectful staff member. Does not even deserve one star. I rushed in after work, arrived just before 3.40 pm and were seated to wait for a consultant. Two other customers arrived after me, then one of the staff members shut the door at 3.59 pm advising another staff member to tell us remaining customers they're closed now. All I asked for was a confirmation of my shared bank account for immigration but I was told they are only able to provide this during business hours. When I told them that I had arrived well before closing time, the lady asked me to come back in the morning as they are only able to provide this service during operating hours. So surely nobody pulls the plug at 4 pm on the dot, so this was nothing but an embarrassing lie. Extreemly poor behaviour and not acceptable at all. My partner and I have made an appointment with another bank as we will certainly not be accepting to be treated like this and even money pay for it. I hope this gets fed back to the lady in store and the Management. Not having this statement now delays my visa application by another few days, which can become a major issue for us and the person clearly didn't not respect my needs and the urgency for my visit.
Waited 30min in line again with a bunch of people being served by one bank teller while there is someone employed to smile and greet you at the door. I’d rather not have to miss scheduled appointments sitting in line. Staff on the floor were really friendly this poor review is a reflection of the bank manager setting up and accepting this level of customer service.
Husband and I had the worst experience ever at Kawana Waters Shopping Centre branch. Very rude and disrespectful staff except 1 lady there. No one willing to help and statements we were told would be available on this particular visit was a nightmare to say the least. We have numerous accounts with ANZ and seriously considering terminating after today's visit Caloundra branch are the opposite. Very helpful. Kawana Waters staff were floating in and out with food and getting coffee and not interested in serving customers. Heaven forbid if you visit around their lunch break!!!! Obviously requested statements are too big an issue to print out for us as we needed proof of transactions for a 3 month period. Went across to Suncorp who couldn't be more helpful and were able to print out requested statements in about 1 minute! Kawana Waters staff need to get more training in how to help their customers and not leave them sitting there for over 1 hour! Disgusting and disappointed!
Disrespectful staff .. always an inconvenience to get change or have any help while in branch. Have had my personal and business accounts with ANZ for multiple years but as of today will be looking around and going elsewhere to a bank that actually wants to help there customers.. doesn’t even deserve the one star that was given.
Everytime I came this this bank , there is never a teller , to get my money out of my business account . I pay fees for a reason . This is ridiculous.. time to change banks

It’s a joke that you have to wait over 30 mins just to get change. All good if you want us to use the machines, get the appropriate machines that can service the people. Feel horrible for their staff , no wonder there are zero tolerance posters all over the branch . Treat your staff better ANZ
Came in as requested, got there and was turned away… tell people you close at 330 if you dont want to help customers at 3:32… as a new customer, im beyond disappointed. im now considering changing the home loan i just started with you
They only ever have one teller open. I have to come for change weekly and its a nightmare. There is always a staff member wandering around trying to push people to the atm. When the line is only people needing a teller, get him onto the counter to help! Im quite often waiting in line for 20mins and this bloke is just wandering around looking for something to do.
Disgusting need more tellers working here, can’t wait 20mins to get serviced. Some of us have a job to go to. ANZ you should be a shamed off yourself . Take the money in fees but lack service.
