Thanks to Nat Anschau for her excellent customer service when I switched all of my banking over to BOQ! Nat was always available to answer my questions so that I had a full understanding of terms and conditions. No question or concern was ever a bother for her and I always felt that she had my best interests, which can be such a rarity at banks these days. Nat certainly went above and beyond to help us land that marlin! Our mortgage is in place and she was always available to give us advice and answer any questions or concerns we had. She is a huge asset to this business and this process couldnt have been much smoother, considering I was in CQ while her and my wife were organising everything through Birtinya.
