Wow - My Mum went into this branch to deposit some money into my account and was refused. She is not a CBA customer so they told her she was not allowed to deposit money into my bank. account at the Bank....... Her own son... Why is this branch refusing to accept cash deposits by non CBA customers? Ive since gone on to CBA website to find that you need to be a CBA customer or provide photo ID - She was told flat out must be a CBA customer - was never asked for ID or given any alternatives. Female supervisor also confirmed must be a CBA customer and no other alternatives - So mum who has just had a double hip operation walked all the way to ANZ who were more then happy to take the deposit into her account then she just transferred it to me .
The worst banking experience of my life. In over fifty years of doing business in Australia I am surprised at the poor banking performance. This is not a bank it is a joke. I was asked to deposit $1000 into relatives account. Rude counter jockey would not allow this as I didn't bank at the Commonwealth.nLast time I go in there an would recommend other customers you find a real bank that makes your cash welcome!

Poor customer service. I know you are busy at present with caloundra branch closed but really, a line of people out to the door two days in a row and both days onlynOne teller operating yet you have additional staff from caloundra at this branch.nShame on you for having no respect for your customers.nOffice staff sitting in officers doing verynLittle and the one teller on duty being swamped.nTime to switch banks
Never enough staff on, always have to wait forever to see someone & there’s not enough seats because so many people are waiting BECAUSE THERES NO STAFF!! Just pathetic seeing there’s hardly any branches left anymore
