The worst banking experience of my life. In over fifty years of doing business in Australia I am surprised at the poor banking performance. This is not a bank it is a joke. I was asked to deposit $1000 into relatives account. Rude counter jockey would not allow this as I didn't bank at the Commonwealth.nLast time I go in there an would recommend other customers you find a real bank that makes your cash welcome!
Never enough staff on, always have to wait forever to see someone & there’s not enough seats because so many people are waiting BECAUSE THERES NO STAFF!! Just pathetic seeing there’s hardly any branches left anymore

I know you are busy at present with caloundra branch closed but really, a line of people out to the door two days in a row and both days onlynOne teller operating yet you have additional staff from caloundra at this branch.nShame on you for having no respect for your customers.nOffice staff sitting in officers doing verynLittle and the one teller on duty being swamped.nTime to switch banks
