The tow company operators are sick bastards. Don't use them at all save your money and call someone else. Not only they made me wait but damaged the car they towed which I had to pay for later on. I am way out of pocket and they are crooks.

Do not use this tow service, they are unreliable and put simply the rip people off! I am still waiting for my refund of $100 when they were 1hr plus late. I found othe means to get my car home. I rang the owner in regards to this and was told he would refund the $100 within days. That happened on September 7th. I have bank records to prove I paid, yet no refund was made. I have rang numerous times since and been given the run around. The owner is a scammer. To bad for him because I often need tows from here to there often. $100 is $100, but to be lied to says a lot to how this company is run. Beware and do not use this tow service. Look for other options.
