Big shout out to Elise and the team at Melbourne City Towing who were super helpful and supportive after my vehicle was towed after being involved an accident. Their assistance through what was a very stressfull process on the other end is very much appreciated.
Nasty pieces of work to deal with! Would rate zero stars if possible. They will try / say anything they can to r*pe you of as much money as they can get. Ridiculously overpriced in comparison to local competitors - thank goodness CCTV proves I was not at fault so it won’t come from my pocket. Tried telling me my car was a write off when all lights worked, car started and sounded completely normal after accident, no airbags deployed. Horribly rude people, even the reception lady has no interest in helping people. Think they would have more compassion or at least simply be polite since they deal with people at times of high stress and inconvenience, after accidents, break downs etc. Feral money hungry pigs. DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO AVOID YOUR CAR GOING HERE!!!
Great service and very accommodating to deal with.
