These guys haul your car for parking in clear away zones. Parked 10 minutes over the time at 4.40 on Victoria St Richmond. My fault I broke rules I accept that though the particular area is poorly signed... I cannot think that doing that job would be satisfying, just hurting families by taking their hard earned. the parking fine was hundred something and to free the car that they misappropriated another $350 something. I would be so embarrassed to work there. What a horrible life choice.

You have some disgusting mouthed, aggressive, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional Sudanese men driving your tow trucks. Due to a poorly signed Clearway after 4pm on Sydney Rd, I was walking to my car to move it when I saw my car on the back of one of your Nationwide tow trucks so I knocked on the window to ask why they had my car and where were they taking it. Never in my life, have I ever been spoken to in a more despicable way by these employees of yours. I own my mistake, I didn't see the sign so I have to deal with the consequences, personally I'm more offended by the fact you rip poor struggling people money off $335 for stealing their cars, but the group of old women and men and school children sitting at the tram stop right where your uniformed employees were yelling disgusting abuse at me out of the truck as I walked away, upset everybody sitting there on the street, particularly an elderly gentleman was so distressed hearing and watching them, that I had to comfort HIM. Utterly disgusting that this shocking display of behaviour happens in broad daylight on a busy street by two men in uniforms and a truck with signage displaying your company logo. Id be putting cameras in the cabins of your trucks if I were you. Your lucky I didn't film them, as I would have posted that online as well as this review.

Towed my friends car from outside centrelink made her cry!.she went in to drop off a medical form at 4:25 came out 7/8mins later and they were putting it on the truck,will cost $400+,lucky I wasn’t there,if I ever see one of your tow trucks the least I will be doing is some fancy bodywork on it....
