4 days prior to commencing the Inca Trail in Peru I badly twisted my ankle to the point that I was considering not attempting the 4 day hike. Unable to place any pressure on my painful bruised ankle I was devastated. Luckily for me Adrian from Anytime Physio was in my hiking group. After a few treatments before and during the hike and some expert taping I managed to complete the hike with only a small amount of pain. Thanks to Adrian I ticked one off my bucket list. As a runner I understand the importance of a great physio. I would recommend Anytime Physio in a heartbeat. Thanks again Adrian!

Adrian is a miracle worker. After 6 weeks of ineffective treatment from another physio, he had me back running in a week and I ran a half marathon two weeks later without a reoccurrence of the injury. Adrian is great at explaining the cause of injuries and provides simple and effective rehab programs. I have recommended him to a number of friends and the feedback has only ever been positive.
