The Body Refinery has friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff, who genuinely care about their clients. The physiotherapists are second-to-none when it comes to hands-on treatment, getting you back on your feet post-injury and tailoring a treatment program suited to YOUR body in order to prevent further injury. The Pilates classes cater to all bodies, including those who are injury-free or those who need some extra TLC - REAL Pilates, taken by highly-qualified instructors. Last but not least, the massage therapists are incredible and will make you feel human again. I cannot recommend The Body Refinery more! Love this place!

I've been a client at the Body Refinery for many many years. The studio has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and is very well equipped with many different styles of classes to suit everyone. The staff are friendly, experienced, and very knowledgable. The Pilates classes here have helped me through various injuries, 2 pregnancies (pre and post natal), and help me stay fit and active. No matter what my goals have been over the years, the staff here have always been able to meet my needs. I've tried other Pilates studios and always come back here.

I didn't know I liked exercise until I started reformer pilates at The Body Refinery. The staff are highly knowledgable with considerable expertise beyond their instruction. I have never been stronger or more aware of my body. Thank you!

I have been attending the Mat Pilates Classes for over a year and I love the workout, each class challenges you differently and my strength and flexibility has improved. Eunice and the other Pilates instructors have a great in depth knowledge and understanding of the body and tailors the classes for our needs. I would highly recommend the Body Refinery.

The Refined Bump classes with Aga are fantastic, and have helped considerably with strength and flexibility through my pregnancy. Pilates (with a Physio) has made me aware of moving my body smarter, rather than harder, and I've really noticed an overall improvement in the four months I've been taking the classes. I can't recommend the Body Refinery enough!
