New Farm Physiotherapy has been established since 1982 -
Rebecca Duhig took over the practice in 1998. Prior to her commencement in New Farm, Rebecca had worked extensively in sports and community physiotherapy. She had a successful practice in Everton Park and then joined a vibrant team of physiotherapists in Nashville Tennessee.
Since taking over New Farm Physiotherapy in 1998, Rebecca has really enjoyed working with all the local people. New Farm is a strong cohesive community and this is reflected in the relationships built up among the local doctors and allied health professionals – occupational therapists, acupuncturists, masseurs, dieticians, podiatrists, and fitness leaders.
At New Farm Physiotherapy all staff strongly endorse a broad team approach so as to ensure your treatment is completely thorough and your recovery is speedy and sustained.

Patrick has a strong interest in the causes and treatment of chronic pain, which led him to specialize in health issues surrounding stress, anxiety and postural disorders. To enhance his ability to treat these disorders Patrick completed a Diploma in Remedial massage and a certificate in Finch Therapy. Finch focuses on abnormal postural alignment and its effects on the musculoskeletal system and nervous system.
Combining Naturopathy with Remedial Massage and Finch Therapy gives Patrick a unique insight into the appropriate treatment options for these health and lifestyle issues
