This is the best place for Vietnamese coffee. The line can be long there was about 10 people before us, but it went fast. The coffee is on tap to help make the process fast.

Very busy vietnamese coffee shop. Long queue during public holiday. very Iovely staffs. I ordered creamy coconut with extra shot. Was pretty ok. Would be better if have extra a touch of condensed milk. Was still good overal.

Shout out to the Annee's shop near rusty. I had one of those days and spilled the newly bought traditional coffee all over the table. I ask for a cloth so I could clean it but instead she did it all AND gave me another coffee They are always friendly and super quick with your order. It's my weekly treat as I love the coffee.

I was impressed and amused with the novelty of Vietnamese coffee being converted into a special little coffee shop with a twist. I was most impressed with the gigantic supersize Vietnamese style coffee filters they had engineered for mass caphe extraction. So good! Taste wise it was okay, nothing special and probably too big a serving and diluted flavour. It’s very popular with a long line the whole time I was there so be prepared for a little bit of waiting

An outdoor Vietnamese-styled iced coffee bar that is open-concept, fast-paced, and social. The crew here are always very polite, friendly, and talkative! Annee's is a local business specialising in a cold-brew base with drip coffee added, then shaken with ice and condensed milk to create a uniquely sweet, creamy, and strong coffee. Milk drinks and caffeine-free drinks such as chai and tea are available as are lactose-free options and flavoured syrups. NO decaf and NO hot drinks! Of all the Cairns coffee places, this place is BUSY! There is almost always a line-up but it moves very quickly. Mid-morning and early-afternoon are the best times. Friday and Saturday are great days to visit as you can explore Rusty's Markets, which Annee's is at the front of! Vegetarian options: Condensed milk, the base of most Annee's drinks can be replaced with coconut condensed milk for an extra charge. Cow's milk in drinks such as an iced mocha can be replaced with almond, soy, or coconut milk. Drinks are individually named and noted to avoid mix-ups! Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome to order here and parents can order kids-sized drinks such as iced chocolate and vanilla strawberry milk Parking: Limited spots lining the streets of the CBD, impossible to find on a weekend morning Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible via the street, a wheelchair user can get up to the counter and order a drink without accessibility-restrictions

Tried their coffee and chai while I was up there in Cairns as I never had never heard of Vietnamese coffee before. I Absolutely loved both their coffee and chai. The only thing I wish is to have these guys down here in Sydney CBD and this would have been my go to shop every morning. The are located on Grafton street side entrance of Rusty’s market and are open every morning even though the market is closed during the week. The staff at the counter are super friendly, are happy to make recommendations with smiling faces and the service is quite quick even if there is a queue.

Such a lovely place. Very highly recommend, all of my friends love this place and the amazing drinks provided! We love Anee’s. The ice chocolates there are amazing and extremely good. Great customer service. Kid-friendliness: Had kids options iced chocolates and strawberry drinks etc

Absolutely amazing. I love how they bring Vietnamese coffee to a different level with different ingredient like coconut milk or coconut water. Theses coffee filters are enormous.
