Cairns Burger Cafe has been born from a dream, and that is to share our love of delicious, home cooked tasty food with you.
At Cairns Burger Cafe, all of our meat is locally sourced, and free from hormones and preservatives.
All of our produce is fresh and sourced from local farmers, making our burgers extra flavoursome.
Muffins, cakes, and slices are baked fresh on site, and our menu is available all day.

Excellent burgers. Patty’s made from scratch and not from cold storage like a lot of other places.  My wife had the spicy veg and I had the brekky burger. Both burgers were very good. If I was to nitpick the veggie burger fritter could have been seasoned a bit better but overall it was great especially as a whole with the flavourful sauce. Highly recommended if you’re a burger head.

You simply will not find burgers this good anywhere else in Cairns!!! The salads are fresh, high quality and the owner even makes his own patties. The burgers are seriously tasty, good quality, and good value! Definitely will return! Thankyou!  Vegetarian options: Good value vegetarian menu options available.  Kid-friendliness: Lots of options, plenty for everyone’s individual tastes and needs. Kid friendly menu options also.  Parking: Parking available right out front.

Great burger and chips and wonderful experience. Well worth the walk across a few blocks for the quiet meal after a crazy day. The owner and service was very welcoming and friendly - thank you!

Awesome shakes, but... The burgers are just ok. I always feel like it could use more seasoning or a better balance of flavours. The house special for example is way too sweet and basically tastes only of that, while the lamb and chicken burgers felt dry and under seasoned. The owner is friendly and talks about the patties being homemade with real beef, which sounds awesome -- but I can't really taste it beneath everything else. The fries are tbh pretty lacklustre, soft and just tastes a little bit like salt and undercooked potato. Other people seem to have really great experiences so maybe this is just a two-off as I've been there twice now? I don't know, but this was our experience.

Great burgers and decent chips. A little smaller than you'd typically get but still filling and made with good quality ingredients.  Nice quiet spot for dinner after a big day out.

The service at this cafe was friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious- my party had the Bruschetta, and Vegetarian and meat burgers - each looked great and were scrumptious.  Great choice of menu options. I’m a tourist but will be back to this cafe

Definitely a solid 5   Been here each time I visit Cairns.  Gourmet burgers absolutely fantastic and chip great aswell. Fine on the sidewalk good atmosphere
