At Amity Property Group we specialise in selling new residential projects off-the-plan.

Since being founded in 2011, we have built an impressive track record of successfully marketing projects right throughout Melbourne for a wide range of developers, from small firms undertaking their first development to major property groups.

Our in-house sales team are extensively trained in off-the-plan project sales. Working out of our state-of-the-art showroom in Moorabbin, they and have an excellent understanding of buyer’s concerns and needs, which allows them to complete sales at an excellent rate.

This team is backed up by an experienced team of Property Management professionals and an Owners Corporation division who provide a number of supplementary services to ensure a smooth, end-to-end experience for both developers and purchasers. These include specialist investment advice, property management, owners corporation and facility management services.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered a second key from these guys almost 3 months ago and have still not received it. Given there was an issue with Australian Post delivering the key, the method Amity used for delivery mean't there was no possible way for it being tracked when lost. Since then I've repeatedly tried to get in touch but have been told "Someone will give you a call back." almost every single time. Not once has someone followed up on this request, good thing I haven't lost the only key else I would most likely be locked out for weeks before Amity would get their act together. Also when we first moved in we were not given ample time to connect the power utility in our building, which meant  that we had to fork out a $55 fee for short notice reconnection, or wait 3-5 days for power. Amity had ample time to let us know about this but instead we were only told by the power company after we had moved in. These guys have no problem in finding new tenants to receive their commission but everything else in between has been abysmal. Hoping this now gets their attention.

Absolutely frustrating to deal with!! Have been chasing these guys since October 2017 to get an extra key for our apartment...its now Jan 2018!! Please tell me how it takes 3 months to deliver a key, not to mention you guys also lost the first one you had cut for us. All too happy to sign us up to rent an apartment but shocking service from that point on. No calls back and always trying to shift the blame on us. Be careful if your signing on with these guys! It's unfortunate because I love our apartment, just not the people that manage it.

The WORST property group and Owner Building Corporation! Very unprofessional. Basically Amity Property Group and Shangri-la Construction are the same company!. The apartment building that we live have so many defects. The hot water system is so unreliable, we kept getting no hot water because the hot water system are faulty. Shangri-la Construction had no intention to fix it!!!!  VCAT is the way to go!

I purchased my very first property in Melbourne through the  Amity Group. At the time I believe I got what I needed to start into the property market and Amity did help with it. Although my best experience so far with Amity has been since I started  using the property management service of the company. My property Manager, Justin Turner has an extensive experience in the property rental market and he is always there to help  and to assist with any situation. I was able to have a tenant moving into  my property within only 2 weeks from the settlement date. So I have to say a big thank you to Justin.
I am satisfied and content that I have my very first property looked after and in good hands.

Thank you Amity Property Group for the awesome service I received from both the Sales team and the Rental Department.
I am from Sydney and you have helped me with the purchase of an apartment in Carrum Downs. That was a smooth happy experience.
I then decided to use your Amity Rentals to lease the apartment. Your champion Rental Department Manager: Justin Turner was extremely helpful and efficient in find me a good tenant. I am a happy ongoing client. Thank you again.
