I was given the third degree when receiving my COVID vaccination. Despite filling the prescreening form online at the time of booking, I was interrogated thoroughly just because I dared to request a less popular vaccine and cheaper. Subjected to a barrage of questions, then sniffed at for being Eastern European. Finally, I was given the vaccine in a reluctant manner and after 10 minutes discourteosly let go like I not him have done something wrong. This is not professional delivery of service. Nobody interrogated me on my personal beliefs, least of all my background, when I was given my first dose in a pharmacy in Herston, yet this guy though he owned my right to choice. On top of all that, the service is slooooow and unorganised. For all of you that were served well there were three others that have not. I would not recommend this pharmacy for anything beyond simple transactions at less busy times.

I went to get my booster shot and the guy who gave me vaccine is so rude. When i enter pharmacy he ask to give ID, I handed to him and he literally throwed on table and told me to wait until call the name. Never seen in pharmacy someone doing like that.

Came to get me C19 vaccine, due to glitch in the government system, I was able to book despite pharmacy being shut public holiday, the pharmacist accepted me in his day off - saving me from having to come back- thank you!!!
