If I could give 0/5 star, I would have. I went in with a very personal problem on the 27th of Jan 2018. I asked the lady that was  a chemist worker and not the pharmacist for a certain product. She didn't know what I was after and then asked if I was after a certain product which I didn't know the name of the product and then the Pharmacist was called over and he got exactly what I needed but then I said to him to stop explaining the instruction and to just put it in the bag and let me pay and get out. The assistant then as I was walking out said have a nice day. She has clearly never been in the situation where I needed to get my product and then leave as it was embarrassing enough with out having to be felt or made like I was nothing. Her professional was below zero. If I wasn't so anxious and venerable at the time I would have given her a piece of my mind but I wanted to get what I needed and get out. I was in the shop around just before closing time. If anyone that is in a position of authority that reads this. You should be retraining your staff and how they handle customers personal issues. Her behaviour was completely unacceptable. I will never give my business here again and for those of you that need a personal touch to your sensitive needs when needing something...DO NOT COME HERE.

My visits to this store today was the most confronting and unsettling experiences I have ever had at a pharmacist. 
I have been coming here for the last 2 years and everything has been great however today I sadly had to deal with someone with little empathy, patience and a clear inability to help someone out in a respectful manner with what was quite simple request, in my opinion. I had a script for a higher dose of codeine and they did not have any in stock which I knew because another member of staff told me that I would need a script. What did I do? I got one! 
As there was no stock and not likely to be any, I asked what I needed to get from my doctor script wise for alternatives and no assistance was given, just attitude and a whole lot of aggressive behaviour slamming the stapler, the drugs and other stationary items over the counter. Is this fair for a grown woman to behave like this in front of a customer? 
I ended up getting something to help with the pain but in a slightly weaker form but not from her suggestion, I had to come up with alternates for myself. What a joke.

Sadly my exsperience when attending this pharmacy in the capacity of a support person, found that the comments of aggression and uninformative behaviour and attitudes to be true. However on one attendance that I have made therew one staff member that was found to be pleasant and understanding. My advice to the pharmisist and staff of this chemist would be not to judge a book by its cover. It is your duty of care to show respect and compassion to all members of society.
