Good display of furniture. Ok customer service from some staff trying to please customer however also some staff not as efficient. Seemed to struggle with basic protocols. I.t system was playing up. Delivery was 3 hrs after the time i was told and the delivery driver had to call to get my address because he was only given my suburb of delivery. Small dint in wall where heavy delivery was lent. Happy but felt very unorganized.

Great range of product, decent quality with reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, the store manager Luke is a very nice guy who is always help! highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Dishonest staff. Purchased a recliner here and we're told the delivery was for the following Saturday. A call would be made the Friday before. Explained due to circumstances, a call couldn't be received during the day. Was told that was ok, they work late and could call early evening. No call was made only an email was sent asking to call and make arrangements for delivery. Called to explain it was meant to come the following day but was told the truck packed up and had gone 1hr before the email was sent. Explained it had to come as we were told there was some putting together of the recliner and we had done a lot to arrange for myself to come to my elderly mothers place to do so. I couldnt arrange another day especially during the week. Staff told me that's too bad. Asked for a manager, was put on hold for some time and eventually a manager (although I wonder if it was) came and said she could have the truck come back and load it. Was promised the truck would do first thing in the morning and it would be delivered. Went to my mother's to wait for it and by midday no recliner. We were told we would get a call 45 minutes before they would arrive. With it being a weekend we wondered if they delivered only half days. Called store to be told the truck was there and loading and our delivery was on the it would be there by 5pm. No call at 4.15 pm so as they supposedly finished at 5 pm called store again. Was told the truck was coming from central coast and had issues but was in town now and would be there soon. Called store again just before they closed at 6pm and was told to be patient "it takes time to do these deliveries" I demanded they deliver it as this was now a joke. Person said they would call the driver but we got no call back from store or driver. We kept waiting and no delivery arrived, only another email telling us to call the store and organise the delivery. Will be demanding a full refund today but will NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. THEY ARE A PACK OF DISHONEST PEOPLE!

We are good customer's but will never buy from there again! Promise of delivery before Christmas, found out today - not till January (even though ordered over a month ago). No good to me - where am I going to seat people!

They sold me 2 beds came to $1200 told them they were Xmas present for my kids said that was fine they would be in the shop by the 20th. Come the 23th I called them they said I hadn't received a phone call they oh were doing renovations and nothing will be here till the 28th and they didn't have to call and let me know because they have a two week grace period I was furious the girl on the phone told me what do u want me to do. so asked for a refund they told me that they wouldn't refund in cash and had to put the money in my bank. But they had no problem taking cash as payment they wreaked my Xmas because I promised santa was bringing them new beds. I will never shop there again and urge no one else to they think because they are a big company they can push u around
