Great service and friendly staff. I was able to get i needed straight away and helped to take the stuff to my vehicle.
Came into store on Sunday the 14th of August. I was served by a bloke called Luke it was honestly the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! Luke was attentive, accommodating and was happy to answer all of my questions gave me good pricing. I highly recommend seeing Luke on your next visit! Thanks again mate!
Had to replace an office chair did you know that they vary in price from $100 to $1000?!!!. Anyway, with this huge price range we matched that with a huge product range and found our sweet spot at Amart.
Luke Dale was amazing!!! He is an asset to your company he was so patient with my million change of minds. Luke was also very helpful in explaining what this and what that is and does. Luke went over and above to help me and not once made me feel like a burden. I highly recommend Luke and thank Amart for providing affordable furniture in such a horrible time.
I love, love, love my new couch. Affordable and comfortable. Attentive staff meant we were in and out so quickly. The couch was delivered for free the next day!

Helpful friendly staff. Not pushy. Good product and good variety
Nothing in the store is available to buy and walk out the door with. It is a showroom. Purchase online or in store and wait for it to come from Brisbane. Doesn't matter if it says "In stock", it's not - in Ballina. Wait for a week for it to turn up. Customer pick up staff on the dock are very helpful
Great place for lounges,beds & other apparel for bedroom
The Amart in Ballina are great with friendly staff and we have bought a fair few pieces of furniture from there. At a discounted price the furniture is okay, overall quality isn't great but it's acceptable for flatpacked stuff at reduced prices. Obviously better than Kmart and bunnings, about on par with Fantastic Furniture but not as good as Ikea. Assembly and instructions are straight forward and they are great about returns/excahnges.
