Took my car here after another business failed to find the issue and sent me out the door with no answers. Right from the first phone call the staff at Always There were very helpful and committed to finding my problem. My car had not even been there 2hrs and they had found what the trouble was. Received a phone call to explain what they intended to do…pricing was very fair…fixed my issue and my car drove like a dream after collecting it.  Safe to say I’ve now found my mechanics! Had a belt snap on the weekend. Called the guys at Always there, as I needed the belt replaced ASAP, they squeezed me in that Monday, came to my house and did the job in the driveway. Sean was very professional and very well priced! They are amazing!!

BAD mechanics. Unfriendly staff and arrogant they take your money for nothing they did nothing but make more problems. Don't go there

Needed roadworthy Took my Audi there that had just been completely serviced etc and they didn't pass the roadworthy for the tiniest things. Bad business

I was able to get a call-out appointment within a couple of days and the diagnosis was very quick. Friendly service and was able to speak in layman's terms

Great mechanics that are very fair priced, but the customer service staff are extremely unhelpful.  Always There were my go-to mechanics but when my starter motor died recently I was told on the phone they couldn't do anything for 2 months and they refused to recommend any other mechanic shops. I had to ring around and many others were willing to squeeze me in for an additional fee. Not only that but during my last service I missed a call from the mechanic who left me a voicemail saying a part needed replacing and they could do it today if I gave them the ok. I rang back within 15 mins and spoke to someone else asking them to proceed with the replacement she said she'd let the mechanic know. When I picked up the car the mechanic mentioned the part again and said he didn't hear back so it didn't get replaced so I had to book it in again 2 weeks later.
